Occasionally it can happen that your diploma cannot be easily found or is even lost. This can be frustrating and is especially problematic if a potential employer or other organization wishes to see it. We do not store copies of your diploma since this is a very infrequent request. But we can order a replacement for you. These have to be special ordered, so the process is not fast and not cheap. And don't forget: most organizations that want to see a diploma just want proof of graduation from high school. This proof is on your transcript, so tell them this and ask if that will be OK; a transcript is free and quick, which will save you money and time.
The cost of a replacement diploma is $30 and must be paid in full before an order for a replacement will be placed.
If you pay in cash, you must make an appointment with an administrator to do so, and you will be given you a receipt.
If you pay by check (payable to this school, Maximilian Montessori Academy), you must add a $10 processing charge to your total, and the diploma will not be ordered until the check clears (about five days).
If you want the diploma mailed somewhere, you must add a mailing fee of $15 to the total and provide a correct and complete address.
